Join me and Carolyn Ross Isaak for hiking and exploring our yoga practice through breath, movement and meditation/relaxation.
Have fun with friends and enjoy the combination of trail hiking and a yoga session! Bring your practice where it’s never gone before and explore different areas of your cOMmunity!
