If you have never tried yoga before, it can be difficult and to know where to start. Googling the word yoga brings up 380 million different results, and YouTube is filled with plenty of videos of dancer-gymnasts practicing yoga poses that, from most of us, elicit gasps of wonder and disbelief. Sometimes all of the information out there about yoga, because the practice is so very ancient and so varied, can even seem intimidating. This is why I have created the Intro to Yoga series. My goal is to show you that not only does yoga not have to be something that is scary or intimidating, but that it is something that is completely attainable to you…and fun! ANYONE can do yoga, regardless of age, gender, background, or size. If you can breathe, you can do yoga!
