Please make sure you are QUALIFIED for commissions in Modere: You must have a personal 75 Point ‘SmartShip’ order each month or have 150 Activity Points (NEW Customer orders and/or personal Social Marketer orders).
Most people just set up their account with a 75 point Smart Ship… obviously you need to be using the products to have success in sharing them!
* Remember, once you hit Bronze or above you earn $100-200 in free product credit that can be used towards your Smart Ship.

Step 4 – Your Network (Your List)
Your “Net Worth” depends on your Network. No worries, if your Network (list) is small.
Expanding and growing your Network is one of the things we teach best — so stick with us! Please DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP, though! We guarantee you know more people than you think you do. And even if you don’t… you need to do this step, so you can help those you meet, and who join you here in Modere to make their list!
Step 5 – FTR System (Contact Manager) Now that you have your list of contacts, it’s time to decide how you are going to organize your list and keep up with who you’ve invited to take a look and who you need to follow up with next, etc.
Your Modere sponsor will send you a link to set up your FTR System. If they’ve not done so, be sure and ask for it.
Be sure to use the code 30days in the check out process to get your first 30 days for $1. The FTR System is $24.95 a month but… for every person you refer, you earn $5 a month and for everyone they refer, you earn $2 a month so over time, it’s free… then can even become an additional income stream.
The FTR System is not mandatory. It’s an option if you want a streamlined method for organizing your contacts, prospects and customers. It can be added later and cancelled at any time.
2. Get Connected
Facebook is essentially how we build the Modere Business and how we share the Modere Products with people.
Facebook Groups provide so much excitement and do a much better job at sharing and explaining then we ever could one on one.
We understand there are a lot of Facebook Groups to get used to…. especially when you’re brand new, so this lay out below will hopefully help you get familiar with the groups and even more importantly, help you to understand how to use these Facebook Groups to build your Modere business.

Refer others who want to join you in Your Modere Business to your ShiftingRetail.com website. This would be the website you selected a name for when you signed up.
Your Modere Product Website
Refer those who are wanting to place a product order to Modere.com/YourrReferralCode and they receive $10 off their first order.
When your Customers refer a friend with their referral code, they can earn product credits.
Your Modere International Websites
Refer to the two documents below for steps for referring International Customers and Social Marketers;
Tip; when someone enrolls a Social Marketer for the first time in another market, an Orphanage will show as their sponsor. That is ok! Have them continue the sign up process and the Modere Global Sponsoring Team will link them up correctly. This can take several days to show up in the back office. Then, anyone after that who enrolls with the same referral will see the name correctly.

6. Daily Method of Operation
25-14-3-1 Formula Explained
Add 25 New Names to your list each week.
From those on yours lists, use the scripts below to INVITE 14 to take a look at the Modere products or business opportunity. These people will come from your Dirt List, Dream List, Chicken List or Master List.
Of the 14 you invite, you can expect to ATM 3.
Out of every 3 ATMs, you can expect 1 Social Marketer… and a few customers, too!
Monthly Team Virtual Event
Each month, together we host a team Virtual Event. It always starts mid-month and runs online 24/7 until til the end of the month.
The next Online Team Event will start Wednesday, June 20 at 8:00 PM Central. The event will remain open until the last day of the month.
You may start inviting and adding your prospects to the Event on Sunday, June 17.

Custom Social Marketer Enrollment Kit Options
What if my prospect doesn’t find an enrollment kit that fits their needs?
Most all Social Marketers will enroll with one of the Enrollment Kit options.
On occasion, though none of these kits will fit their personal product preferences.
For that reason, we want to be make sure you are aware of the ‘option’ for your new Social Marketer to enroll by creating their own enrollment kit.
How to Create Your Own Enrollment Kit
This video walks the prospect through the enrollment steps if they want to hand select the products for their enrollment kit. In the video, it references the Virtual Catalog, as if you’ve sent this to them, as well.
In the online enrollment process, the products are listed in ABC order so having a list in advance will make it easier for the prospect to locate the products they want to order.
Send your prospect your 1) enrollment link, 2) a link to the Virtual Catalog and 3) a link to the video.

Video Link – To copy the Video url, right click on the video, then copy ‘Copy Video url’ and paste in messenger or in an email to your prospect.

How To Enroll A Customer
How to Connect Your Customers
- Mail a Thank You Card, thanking them for their order
- Add them to the ‘Living Clean Made Simple’ FB Group
- Add them to the M3 Pledge Group, if they purchased M3 or Trim products (if not already added)
- Add them to the Collagen Sciences Group, if they purchased Biocell products (if not already added)
- Message them & let them know that you added them to the group
- Tag them once a week in a post you think they’ll love about the Modere Products (set tasks in your FTR System)
- Follow Up in 3 weeks & ask them to share a testimonial (set tasks in your FTR System)
Customer Enrollment Tips
This video will show you how to share your Modere Code with a new customer that wants to buy specific product with you – New Customers get a $10 credit through your link.

9. Understand How You Earn $$ at Modere

Q. What is “First Qualification Month?”
A. First qualification month is for a new SMer who joins on the 15th to the end of the month. This SMer can count the volume from the first month and roll it into the full second month for their first qualified calendar on month rank.
(Ex: If a new SMer joins on the 18th and they do 3,000 in OP volume from the 18th to the rest of that calendar month, they can roll the 3,000 OP into the next month for their first qualification month).
– Earning Activity Points (AP) to become Fast Track Qualified: You need to become Fast Track qualified within your first qualification month.
Q: What is a calendar month?
A. Calendar month is the given month (i.e. January, February, March, etc.) regardless of the day of the month. A calendar month applies to:
– When a new SMer joins from the 1st to the 14th of the month their first month for rank is that calendar month.
– Earning a Get 3 Doubler (Ex: if you enroll a new SMer on January 17th, January counts as the calendar month).
– Earning monthly commissions. After your first qualification month is over you will earn your monthly commissions based on calendar months.
Q. What are Activity Points (AP)?
A. Activity points (AP) are a social marketer’s personal order and/or all new customer orders.
Q. What is the 60 Day Placement Suite?
A. When you personally enroll a new SMer they go into your 60 day holding tank. Your holding tank is simply your frontline. You do not have to place your new SMer. You can keep them frontline. If you do not move them in the first 60 days they will stay on your frontline and you cannot move them. You have 60 days from the day the new SMer joins to place the SMer in your organization. Once you place them, you cannot move them again. Log in to your personal shifting retail site to place your new SMer.
Q: How are daily, weekly, and monthly commissions paid?
A. Daily – Customer Acquisition Bonus (CAB) is paid the day following the enrollment of a new customer. The % is based on your promoter rank. Daily pay commissions are paid at 12 noon MST the day following a new customer’s first order in your POD.
A. Weekly – New Social Marketer Enrollments and Get 3 Doublers are paid weekly. Weekly commissions are paid on Fridays. Weekly commissions are calculated Saturday to Friday.
(Ex: You enroll someone Wednesday you will be paid the weekly commission the next Friday).
A. Monthly – All other commissions and bonuses including any rank advancement pay changes and team builder bonuses are paid monthly. Monthly Commissions are paid on the 15th of the month. Commissions paid on the 15th are for the calendar month that was just finished.
(Ex: July 15th commissions are paid for the rank qualified for in the calendar month of June).
