KALE CHIPS

I'm learning about bone health in my anatomy class. What I learned is that I need more calcium! I remember when I was pregnant I was told to drink a lot of chocolate milk. {OK maybe they said milk but I chose chocolate! } Now I hardly ever drink milk and actually limit my dairy because I'm not sure it really agrees with me. So, what is a non-dairy loving girl to do? Enter kale! This superfood is filled with calcium and antioxidants! So I'm making kale chips. I grow kale in a pot right outside my kitchen door! I simply rip up the kale & stick it in a Ziploc with some olive oil and of course my favorite truffle salt and bake it for about 20 minutes 💪
