My Balanced Bites coaching program consists of one-on-one nutrition coaching (in person or through Skype), typically spread over 1, 2 or 3 months. The length and number of sessions depend on individual needs, goals, availability and budget.

Through my personal approach I'll teach you easy-to-adopt dietary changes based on your individual health issues, barriers, and objectives. I do not follow a specific "diet" or will not have you count calories!
